Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy professional to support the SCM team in warehouse inward coordination, import shipment tracking, QC follow-up, backend activities, and SAP GRPO processing.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely inward of goods and track pending inward.
Coordinate with warehouse and QC teams for receiving and inspection of imported shipments.
Follow up on QC completion and resolve inward-related discrepancies with relevant teams.
Create and process GRPO (Goods Receipt PO) in SAP Business One based on required documents and confirmations.
Ensure GRPO entries and related data are accurate and completed within timelines.
Maintain daily trackers and MIS for inward, QC,



imports, and GRPO status.
Prepare and update Excel reports and maintain accurate backend records.
Coordinate with SCM, Purchase, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for timely closure of activities.
Follow up on pending transactions and ensure proper documentation and system updates.

Required Skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory).
Good computer and data-entry skills.
Basic knowledge of SAP Business One is preferred.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and follow up with different teams.
Proactive and responsible approach towards assigned tasks.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in SCM, Purchase, Warehouse, Logistics, Import, or Backend Operations.
Candidates with experience in SAP, GRPO processing, and Excel-based MIS/reporting wil
