About The Role

We are looking for a technically strong and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive sales of Industrial 3D Printers, Metal & Polymer Additive Manufacturing solutions, and 3D Scanners across manufacturing and engineering industries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in technical/B2B sales and a strong understanding of engineering products, manufacturing processes, and consultative solution selling.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop current business opportunities across manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, defence, medical, education, and engineering sectors.
Promote and sell Industrial 3D Printers, Additive Manufacturing solutions, and 3D Scanners.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, technical discussions, and live demonstrations.




Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through field visits, networking, exhibitions, referrals, and digital platforms.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with application engineers and technical teams for product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
Build strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, research institutions, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence.
Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and industry events.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2–6 years of expe
