Role Description
This is a full-time in office role for a General Manager - Trucks Maintenance, based in Mumbai. The role requires overseeing the maintenance and operational efficiency of the electric truck fleet, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The General Manager will manage and lead technical teams, develop preventative maintenance schedules, monitor repair processes, and optimize fleet performance. Additionally,



the individual will coordinate with suppliers, manage budgets, and implement strategies for enhancing maintenance operations.
The Truck E&M; role is responsible for overseeing engineering, maintenance, and operational efficiency of electric and non-electric truck fleets across the network. The role ensures high fleet availability, adherence to safety standards, cost optimization, and alignment with organizational goals in sustainable and efficient transportation.

Responsibilities

Engineering & Maintenance:
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for EV and non-EV trucks across locations.
Ensure maximum fleet uptime and operational efficiency through structured maintenance planning.
Monitor and maintain all truck-related infrastructure, equipment, and depot facilities.
Implement OEM-recommended service schedules, checklists, and maintenance protocols.
Conduct regular inspections,
