Territory Sales Manager - Cables

Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager - Cables to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and strengthen channel partnerships within the assigned territory. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing dealer and distributor networks, managing key customer relationships, and generating business from projects, contractors, OEMs, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for cable products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Infrastructure segments.
Drive market penetration and increase product visibility within the assigned territory.
Generate new leads and convert opportunities into business growth.

Channel Management

Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributors and dealer networks.
Ensure product availability and stock management across channels.
Monitor channel partner performance and implement growth initiatives.




Conduct dealer meets, promotional activities, and product awareness programs.

Customer Relationship Management

Develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, builders, architects, EPC contractors, OEMs, and industrial customers.
Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers.
Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Project Sales

Identify and track upcoming projects within the territory.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to secure specifications and approvals.
Drive project-based sales and ensure successful conversion of opportunities.

Market Intelligence

Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for business planning.
Identify emerging market opportunities and recommend strategies for growth.
