Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Mumbai. The Social Media Manager will Plan, Create, Publish and Monitor content across PM Cona’s social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities include managing the content calendar, creating creatives as per company branding, coordinating with internal teams for product and campaign information,



monitoring engagement and performance metrics, and optimising posts for reach and interaction. The role also supporting and creating brand campaigns, staying current with social media trends, and preparing regular reports and insights to guide digital strategy.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics Design, Social Media Marketing and Strategy to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Experience with design softwares like Adobe Suite, Corel draw and AE, AI, Premier Pro, etc.
Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy aligned with marketing and branding objectives.
Explicit and effective Communication skills, with proficiency in Writing for digital and social media audiences.
Experience using social media analytics tools and dashboards to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Familiarity with basic design or video tools (e.g., Canva, simple editing software) for creating or adapting visual conte
