Role Description

The AI Business Strategy Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping and driving Lumenore’s AI-enabled business strategy across products, markets, and customer segments. This role involves analyzing market trends, customer needs,



and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and inform product positioning. The AI Business Strategy Manager will collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to translate insights into strategic initiatives, go-to-market plans, and measurable business outcomes. Daily activities include building business cases, defining KPIs, monitoring performance dashboards, and refining strategies based on data-driven learning. The role also includes communicating strategic recommendations to leadership, supporting key client engagements, and ensuring AI capabilities align with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

Strategic and analytical skills: experience in business strategy, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
AI and analytics understanding: familiarity with AI/ML concepts, business intelligence, and analytics platforms (no need to be a data scientist, but solid comfort with data and insight
