We're Hiring | Site Engineer – Corporate Interior Fit-Out

? Experience: 2–5 Years

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Background
2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
Experience in corporate interior fit-out projects is preferred
Hands-on experience in site execution and coordination
Exposure to commercial / large-format interior projects will be an advantage

Technical Expertise
Good knowledge of carpentry, drywall, POP, painting and other interior works
Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings
Understanding of work sequences, site measurements and execution
Knowledge of MS Project / ERP will be an added advantage
Robust understanding of quality, safety and project timelines

Key Responsibilities




Supervise day-to-day site execution and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and other project teams
Monitor manpower, materials, work progress and quality
Ensure proper work sequencing and timely completion of activities
Identify and resolve site-level issues in coordination with the project team
Maintain site documentation and progress updates
