We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Keeper to join our real estate development team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities of the construction/project store.
Receive, inspect, record, and issue materials as per approved requirements.




Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
Monitor material consumption and ensure proper storage of construction materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with purchase, project, and site teams for material requirements.
Ensure proper documentation for material receipts, issues, and returns.
Maintain the store in an organized, clean, and safe condition.
Prevent material loss, damage, and unauthorized usage.
Prepare regular inventory and stock reports for management.
Requirements
8–10 years of experience as a Store Keeper, preferably with a real estate/construction company.
Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
Good understanding of GRN, material issue/receipt procedures, and stock reconciliation.
Basic computer skills; knowledge of MS Excel or inventory ERP software is preferred.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
