Position: Senior Recruiter – IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage our day-to-day recruitment requirements for IT staff augmentation. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals against multiple client requirements within tight turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily IT staff augmentation recruitment requirements across multiple technologies and skill sets.
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, experience levels, and technical expectations.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, availability, location, notice period, compensation, and client-specific requirements.




Maintain a robust and updated candidate pipeline for frequently required technologies.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including screening, interviews, selection, offer, BGV, and onboarding.
Ensure quick turnaround on requirements and meet daily/weekly submission and closure targets.
Conduct initial candidate screening and validate candidates before submission to clients.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment status in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure smooth interview scheduling and closure.
Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to prioritize urgent requirements.
Build and maintain a network of reliable IT professionals for immediate and future requirements.
Track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, selections, offers, joining ratios, and dropouts.

Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in staff augmentation, contract
