Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Marketing Representative role based in Vijayawada.
The Field Marketing Representative will promote VK Tours’ travel services in local markets, engage with potential customers, and generate leads through direct outreach, events, and partnerships. Daily responsibilities include visiting targeted locations, presenting tour offerings, distributing marketing materials, and collecting customer information and feedback.



The role involves building and maintaining relationships with local businesses and communities, providing basic travel service information, and coordinating closely with the sales and operations teams to convert leads into bookings. The representative will also support brand visibility initiatives and report on field activities and market trends.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Field Marketing, including on-ground promotions and local market outreach.
Strong Relationship Building abilities to engage with customers, partners, and community stakeholders.
Effective Communication skills for explicit, persuasive, and professional interactions.
Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, handle concerns, and provide a positive experience.
Basic to intermediate Sales skills, including lead generation and follow-up on potential bookings.
Comfort with working on-site in Vijayawada East and traveling locally as required.
