Role Description This is a full-time, in office Executive and Sr. Executive role based in Bareilly. The position involves managing day-to-day sales and distribution activities, monitoring dealer and channel partner performance,



and supporting business development initiatives within the region. Responsibilities include tracking orders, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery, maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards. The role also includes market visits, relationship management with trade partners, gathering market intelligence, and supporting promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product penetration. The Executive and Sr. Executive will collaborate closely with senior leadership to achieve sales targets and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, channel management, or trade marketing in Switches and Switchgear, Wire and Cable, or FMEG.
Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship management with dealers, distributors, and customers.
