Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage the Design & Engineering team.
✅ Oversee the design, development, and detailing of engineering projects.
✅ Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
✅ Coordinate with Production, Project, Quality, Procurement, and Customer teams.
✅ Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and company procedures.
✅ Drive design optimization, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time project execution.
✅ Mentor and develop team members to enhance technical capabilities.

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.




✔ 8-15 years of experience in Design & Engineering within the Manufacturing/Engineering industry.
✔ Solid knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar design software.
✔ Experience in managing engineering teams and handling customer projects.
✔ Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
