PGD is seeking a Media Performance Business Manager – Social Media Analytics with hands-on experience on Paid Social & organic Social with valuable experience on Emplifi/Sprinklr preferred given the social media focus. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience working with international clients.

The role is open across five locations: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Mumbai.

Role - Business Manager - Social Media Analytics
Experience - 4 Years to 8 years
Location - Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune & Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities :-

Monitor organic social performance for Premium brands
Produce monthly performance reports (Excel, PPT…), aggregating organic, paid and earned data from multiple sources (Sprinklr as the main source of truth)
Build & maintain automated Sprinklr dashboards
Analyze social media creative performance (always-on & activations) to optimize social media strategy
Contribute to better integration between Paid & Organic within the PGD
