Hiring | Optometrist

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers Can Apply)

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.

* Prescribe corrective lenses and recommend appropriate eye care solutions.

* Guide customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, and eyewear products.

* Educate customers on lens options, upgrades, and vision care.

* Perform accurate refraction, dispensing, and quality checks of eyewear.

* Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with clinical and store SOPs.

* Support store operations, inventory management, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

* Achieve sales and eye-test conversion targets while providing professional eye care.

Eligibility:

* Diploma/Bachelor's in Optometry (D.Optom/B.Optom)

* 0–5 years of experience (Freshers can apply)

* Solid communication and customer service skills.
