Role Description
• Develop and execute sales strategies for the battery additives business.
• Identify, develop and manage key customers across the lead-acid battery industry.
• Build new business opportunities and expand market share in India and international markets.
• Develop strong relationships with battery manufacturers, technical teams,



procurement teams and key decision-makers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify current business opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to order development.
• Coordinate with R&D;, technical, production, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support customer trials, product evaluations and technical-commercial discussions.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding sales development, market trends, customer feedback and business opportunities.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of independent sales / business development experience, preferably within the lead-acid battery industry or related chemical/materials industry.
• Strong understanding of lead-acid battery technology, manufacturing and market dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Chemic
