Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding AangSoftware’s customer base across India. In this position, the individual will identify and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls,



and present solutions that align with client needs in areas such as billing, CRM, MLM, and custom web applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves collaborating with the product and technical teams to refine offerings, gathering market and customer feedback, and contributing to strategic initiatives that increase brand visibility and revenue. Ongoing relationship management, account growth, and participation in online demos or events are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Strong business development and B2B sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
