Role: Engineering Information Management Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara.

Experience: 0–5 years preferred

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, or related Engineering discipline

Qualifications
· Engineering Information Management Specialists who transform engineering drawings and documents into structured, validated, connected information ready for EDMS, digital handover and data-driven asset management.
· Interpret P&IDs;, PFDs, electrical schematics, SLDs,



GA drawings and engineering datasheets
· Extract and validate equipment, instrument, electrical and piping tags
· Create and maintain engineering tag registers
· Extract and maintain document metadata
· Establish Tag-to-Document relationships
· Perform document and engineering data indexing
· Configure/populate EDMS / Engineering Information Management systems
· Perform data quality checks, reconciliation and validation
· Support engineering document migration and legacy-data cleanup
· Support data handover / digital handover requirements
· Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping and Document Control teams
