CANDIDATE PROFILE:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
· Robust knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation.
· Prior experience in aptitude training, placement training, competitive examinations, or corporate training is preferred.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to train and motivate students for campus placements and competitive examinations.
· Candidates with relevant teaching/training experience in reputed institutions or training organizations will be preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct aptitude training sessions for engineering students.
· Prepare students for campus recruitment aptitude tests.




· Develop and conduct tests, assessments, and practice sessions.
· Provide guidance on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and problem-solving skills.
· Monitor student performance and provide appropriate feedback.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Aptitude Training / Placement Training / Competitive Examination Training is preferred.
