Purpose of the role: To provide strategic leadership, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and overall management of education initiatives to ensure impactful and sustainable outcomes. To drive program quality, stakeholder engagement, government and partner collaboration, resource optimization, compliance, reporting, and team capacity building,



while ensuring that education projects effectively contribute to organizational objectives and community development goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive a long-term vision for the organization's education portfolio, translating strategic priorities into annual business plans with clearly defined KPIs, targets, budgets, and implementation roadmaps to maximize educational impact and sustainability.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of education programmes, ensuring activities are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with approved project plans, quality standards, and desired outcomes.
Facilitate timely preparation and approval of project proposals, board notes, MoUs, and funding requests, ensuring all administrative and governance requirements are met for seamless project execution.
