Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, providing order-related assistance, and ensuring an excellent overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Handle product-related queries, order status, delivery updates, returns, replacements, and refunds.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure timely solutions.
Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Follow up with customers regarding pending issues and ensure proper closure.
Collect customer feedback and share important insights with the concerned team.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand experience.
Handle multiple customer queries efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Follow company policies and maintain proper communication and workplace discipline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support/customer service preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Patient, polite, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach.
