About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team responsible for VeriTouch,



our flagship solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform. This leadership role involves overseeing the technical direction, development processes, and team management to deliver a scalable, high-quality product. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing engineering setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, business stakeholders, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that meet strategic business objectives. Your expertise will contribute to shaping the technical roadmap, implementing best practices, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
