About the Role
We are looking for a creative, active, and responsible Marketing Assistant to support our
marketing and business development activities. The candidate will assist in content creation,
social media management, campaign coordination, lead support, market research, and
day-to-day marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing & Content Executive
Plan, create, and manage all social media content through a structured content calendar,



while also designing project brochures, marketing creatives, promotional materials, and other required brand assets.
Independently visit project sites, handle complete video shoots, and turn the footage into professionally edited short-form videos, long-form videos, reels, walkthroughs, promotional content, and ad creatives using manual editing software.
Support in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns.

Required Skills
Video Editing – Mandatory: Must be able to independently edit qualified short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and social media videos using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
AI Video Editing – Mandatory: Must know how to use AI-based video editing and content creation tools to improve videos, generate/edit visuals, add effects, captions, transitions, backgrounds, and create engaging social media content efficiently.
