About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) with 3+ years of experience in selling web design, web development, eCommerce, digital transformation, and related technology services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, engaging with prospects, understanding their business requirements, presenting relevant solutions, and converting qualified leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and online research.
Prospect and qualify potential clients based on their business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and project requirements.

WordPress / WooCommerce Development
eCommerce Solutions
Web & Mobile Applications
Website Maintenance & Support
UI/UX Design
SEO and Digital Marketing




Website Accessibility / WCAG Compliance
AI, Automation & Digital Transformation Solutions
Conduct discovery calls and understand client pain points, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and statements of work.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to prepare accurate solutions and estimates.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
Negotiate pricing, scope, timelines, and commercial terms to close deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation, pipeline, and revenue targets.
Research competitors, industries, and emerging technology trends to identify new sales opportunities.
Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions
