About the Role

Nettechnocrats IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B email marketing, lead generation, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and campaign management. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, executing targeted outreach campaigns, generating qualified leads, and optimizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and manage targeted B2B email marketing campaigns.
* Create and manage bulk email campaigns for lead generation and client outreach.
* Research and identify potential clients across target markets.
* Build, maintain, and update accurate prospect and lead databases.
* Conduct LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
* Develop effective email outreach strategies based on target industries and audiences.




* Monitor email campaign performance, including delivery, open, click, and response rates.
* Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
* Perform lead research, data mining, and prospect qualification.
* Maintain proper records of leads, prospects, responses, and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with the Business Development and Digital Marketing teams to support lead conversion.
* Stay updated with current email marketing practices, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 3+ years of relevant experience in Email Marketing and Lead Generation.
* Strong hands-on experience with B2B email marketing and cold emailing.
* Experience in bulk email campaigns and email outreach.
* Good understanding of lead generation and prospecting techniques.
* Experience with LinkedIn outreach and professional networking.
* Ability to conduct data mining and lead research.
* Basic understanding
