Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective customers, and explaining ParaFit’s customized diet plans and services. The Inside Sales Representative will qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into paying customers while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Day-to-day activities include addressing customer questions,



coordinating with nutrition and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and supporting ongoing customer relationships to encourage renewals and referrals. The role also requires meeting sales targets, providing feedback on customer needs, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales skills, including phone-based selling, consultative conversations, and closing techniques.
Experience in Lead Generation and prospecting, with the ability to qualify and prioritize opportunities.
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build trust.
Account Management capabilities, including maintaining ongoing relationships and supporting renewals or upsells.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a transparent and confident speaking style.
Comfort working with CRM tools and basic office software for tracking leads and sales activity.
