Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Solar Module Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Solar Module Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with distributors, installers, and commercial customers, and promote Empquick’s solar module offerings. Daily activities include meeting prospective clients, conducting product presentations and site visits, preparing quotations and proposals, and negotiating pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.



The role also involves tracking sales pipelines, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with operations and logistics teams for timely delivery, and gathering market and competitor insights to support sales strategy.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, relationship management, and client servicing within the solar or renewable energy sector.
Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and field sales, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Experience in field sales and solar energy
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence in explaining technical product features to non-technical stakeholders.
Basic understanding of solar modules, PV systems, and the renewable energy market; technical aptitude to learn product specifications quickly.
