Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Summary:
As an HR Manager for our Training and Placement Institute, you will play a critical role in aligning
HR strategies with business objectives to enhance the effectiveness of our training and placement
programs and campus placement collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage a team of 10 with productive deliverables
Collaborate with management to understand training and placement goals, aligning HR initiatives with business needs.
Understand company needs such as job roles, skill sets, experience levels, compensation ranges, and joining timelines.




Build relationships with industry partners to facilitate job placements for graduates and working professionals.
Coordinate manpower planning with department heads to get aligned with the current requirements
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
Prepare Weekly/ monthly/quarterly reports to track the result

Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in IT staffing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, and industry partners.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office
