Role Definition :

The Proposal Engineer – Membrane Technologies (UF, RO, MBR, MABR) will be responsible for preparing comprehensive and competitive techno-commercial proposals for wastewater and water recycling projects. This position requires a strong understanding of wastewater treatment technologies, process and hydraulic design, BOQ/BOM preparation, and project cost estimation. The role involves evaluating tender documents, designing treatment schemes, compiling Capex and Opex, and preparing bid documentation in compliance with client and industry requirements. The engineer will also coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely
