Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and other customer queries professionally.
Communicate with customers in fluent and professional English.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Provide product-related information and assistance to customers.
Handle queries related to orders, delivery, installation, warranty, and after-sales service.
Coordinate with sales, service, logistics, and installation teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
Follow up with customers regarding pending queries, complaints, orders, and service requests.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team or senior management.
Ensure timely resolution and closure of customer complaints.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.
Collect customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to the concerned team.
Meet defined customer service, response-time, and resolution targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
Positive Hindi and Gujarati communication skills will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, WhatsApp, and computer applications.
Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
