Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a ServiceNow Lead Engineer and Architect based in Bengaluru South.



The individual in this role will lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable platform implementations. Daily responsibilities include overseeing configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules, guiding the technical implementation team, and ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define roadmaps, conducting technical reviews, optimizing platform performance, and driving integrations with other enterprise systems. The ServiceNow Lead Engineer and Architect will also mentor team members, contribute to solution documentation, and support ongoing enhancement and incident resolution activities.

Experience
Overall Experience: 15+ years in IT Service Management / IT Operations / Enterprise Monitoring
Relevant Experience: 8+ years in ServiceNow platf
