We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Telecaller to join our growing team in the tensile structure industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and generate sales leads.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our products/services.
- Handle customer objections and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain lead data, follow-ups and sales records.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for customer requirements.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in telecalling/sales.




- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
- Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure or related industries is a plus.
- Hindi is required; basic English communication preferred.
