Role Description The IT Expert will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s on‑site IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, user devices, and related software systems.



Day‑to‑day activities include system administration, network configuration and monitoring, data backup and recovery, user access management, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues for project and office teams. The role will also involve implementing cybersecurity best practices, overseeing IT asset inventory, supporting specialized engineering and survey applications, and coordinating with external vendors when required. The IT Expert will collaborate closely with project managers and technical staff to ensure reliable IT support for field operations, data processing, and reporting. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Bahadurgarh.
Qualifications
Strong skills in IT infrastructure management, including server administration, network configuration, and system monitoring.
Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and routine maintenance of user devices.
