Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions.
Understand customer use cases to design solutions leveraging product suite.
Provide technical guidance and solution configurations tailored to customer requirements.=
Own and manage the end-to-end product integration lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go-live.
Act as the single point of contact for product-related queries and escalations during integrations.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, sales) and external stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
Serve as the go-to product specialist for all IDfy product suite.
Provide in-depth technical insights on how solutions can be configured to meet complex enterprise needs.
Facilitate and oversee all aspects of testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT),



to ensure successful deployments.
Proactively identify risks and troubleshoot issues during the integration process.

Have 8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management with a focus on technical integrations or transformations.
Have a proven track record of leading projects for enterprise clients, especially in the SaaS, APIs, or SDK domains.
Are hands-on with Cloud, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration workflows.
Have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, system design, and architecture principles.
Possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations.
Have solid problem-solving and analytical abilities to address unique customer challenges.
