About The Role





The Business Development Executive role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s client base in ecommerce and marketplace services. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through online research and outreach, generating leads, and establishing strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. The Business Development Executive will present Ideabright’s comprehensive service offerings, prepare tailored proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. Supporting account management efforts to enhance client satisfaction and retention is a key aspect of this role. The candidate will also be responsible for tracking sales pipelines, reporting on performance metrics, and contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at increasing market presence and service adoption.
