About the Role
We are looking for a Senior client development manager (Enterprise Sales) who will be responsible for driving new enterprise business and expanding strategic accounts for OrgAI Solutions.



This role involves prospecting and qualifying leads, managing complex sales cycles, preparing proposals and presentations, and leading product demos for key stakeholders. The Senior Account Executive will nurture relationships with HR leaders and executive decision-makers, understand client needs, and align Striveo’s capabilities to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities
Identify and qualify recent business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
Build, manage, and maintain an active sales pipeline to consistently achieve sales targets including cold calling, participating in conferences, meeting with industry associations and more
Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals with prospective clients
Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to share customer feedback and support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer inter
