About the Role:
The Senior Product Owner is accountable for backlog strategy, prioritization, and requirements definition for T-Mobile’s offshore AI Platform & Reliability Engineering organization. This role owns what gets built and in what order across AI platform capabilities, agent systems, platform engineering initiatives, reliability improvements, technical debt reduction, and operational excellence investments.



The role ensures engineering investments remain aligned with business priorities while balancing feature delivery, platform sustainability, operational excellence, and technical debt reduction.

The Senior Product Owner serves as the product-side decision-maker for backlog prioritization, partnering closely with the Manager, Software Engineering - AI Platform & Reliability Engineering, who owns delivery execution, engineering operations, people leadership, and production reliability. The role reports to the Manager with a dotted-line relationship to onshore Product Management to ensure alignment with strategic product direction.
