Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day travel operations, hotel bookings, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and coordination with clients, hotels, suppliers, and internal teams.
The candidate should be proactive, organized, good at communication, and capable of handling multiple bookings and operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle hotel bookings, reservations, amendments, cancellations, and confirmations.
Coordinate with hotels and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
Communicate with travel agents, tour operators, and internal teams regarding booking requirements.
Verify rates,



availability, inclusions, policies, and booking details before confirmation.
Ensure accurate and timely sharing of vouchers, confirmations, and other booking-related documents.
Follow up on pending confirmations, payments, cancellations, and special requests.
Resolve operational issues and provide quick solutions to clients and partners.
Maintain proper records of bookings and operational transactions.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams whenever required.
Ensure all bookings are processed according to company policies and SOPs.
Handle urgent and last-minute operational requirements professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with hotels, suppliers, and business partners.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all assigned tasks.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
