Role Description:
This is a full time, On-site/Hybrid Software Engineer role. The Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain back-end services and web applications that power Agnios IQ’s expert network and research platforms. Responsibilities include implementing robust APIs, optimizing database interactions,



integrating third-party services, and ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, data and research teams, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of the engineering stack and practices. The Software Engineer will also help troubleshoot production issues, refine system performance, and document technical designs and processes.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming, using modern languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side frameworks.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
