We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Sales Analyst to
drive data-led decision-making across international student recruitment markets
globally for both higher education and K-12 in Noida. This role will play a
critical part in sales planning, forecasting, performance tracking and
operational efficiency, while working closely with senior leadership and
cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in sales analytics, CRM systems
and international education recruitment, with the ability to translate complex
data into transparent business insights and actions.

What will you Do?
1. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
* Produce and maintain high-quality reports and dashboards for senior
management and regional heads
* Monitor daily sales performance including leads, applications, payments and
visa submissions and provide daily reports.
* Ensure accurate tracking of key metrics across brands, regions, and channels
2. Pipeline Analysis & Forecasting
* Analyse the end-to-end sales funnel (Lead → Application → Offer → Payment →
Visa → Enrolment)
* Build intake forecasts based on pipeline data, historical trends, visa risks
and market inputs
* Segment data by:
* Nationality
* Conversion stages
* Visa risk factors
3. Sales Performance & KPI Management
* Evaluate individual and team performance against defined KPIs (CPL, CPE, L2E,
etc.)
* Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve conversion and
productivity
* Provide actionable insights to drive sales efficiency and revenue growth
4. CRM & Data Governance
* Act as a key point of contact for CRM-related queries and issue resolution
* Ensure high standards of data accuracy, hygiene and reporting integrity
* Lead initiatives to enhance CRM capabilities and improve reporting
frameworks
