Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/Equivalent Experience

Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience managing enterprise network systems.
Strong understanding of layer-2 and layer-3 high-availability protocols.
Experience working with industry-leading network and security devices such as Cisco, PaloAlto, Juniper, and Extreme.
Certification with Cisco or PaloAlto will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of SD-WAN technology.
Experience in automating repetitive tasks using scripting languages.
Strong knowledge of technology tools used in enterprise IT security management.
Team-oriented with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to remain calm and collected in stressful situations, including major service outages.
Quick learner with the ability to excel in acquiring new skills and technologies.
Comfortable working in a 24×7 support environment, including night shifts.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with a highly technical team.
