Idenza.ai is building an AI-native fraud, risk, and compliance platform deployed across sponsor banks, fintechs, payment processors, ISOs and merchants, and crypto and stablecoin programs.
Payments infrastructure is being rebuilt right now. Money is moving to instant rails and onto stablecoins, and the risk and compliance stack underneath it has not kept up. Most institutions still run rules engines written a decade ago, with investigations handled manually in ticket queues. We are replacing that layer: real-time decisioning across card, ACH, wire, and on-chain transfers, with AI agents doing the investigative work that today consumes teams of analysts.
That breadth is the core engineering problem. Every rail has its own risk model, its own regulator, and its own definition of an acceptable false positive rate, and they all run through one decisioning core. Every program is separately configurable and separately tuned,



and every verdict has to be reconstructable for an examiner months after the fact. Our decisions have already held up under regulatory examination.
Idenza is on a growth trajectory, with production volume and platform surface expanding quarter over quarter.

What Breaks as We Scale (Why This Role Matters)
As usage grows, the hardest problems shift from feature delivery to system-level concerns: maintaining low-latency decisioning under higher event throughput, preserving correctness and explainability in scoring pipelines, and introducing LLM-powered agents with strict guardrails suitable for regulated environments.
Data models, APIs, and workflows already carrying production traffic must evolve carefully, without disruption to the systems customers run their operations on. This role exists to anticipate and solve these scaling challenges before they become operational or customer-impacting issues.
