Assistant Homologation
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue vehicle registration and homologation documents.
Process Certificates of Conformity (COC), import/export certificates, and vehicle modification authorizations.
Support customers, distributors, and authorities with registration queries.
Resolve vehicle registration issues and administrative blockages.
Manage documentation, invoicing follow-up, and data updates.
Profile:
Technical or administrative background
Autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications

✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✅ Proficiency with computer applications and administrative systems
✅ Automotive industry experience is a plus
✅ English and/or Italian language skills are an advantage
