Role Description
This is a hybrid position based in Ghaziabad with a balance of on-site collaboration (4 days) and remote flexibility (1 day).



The Business Development & PR Associate will identify new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline through digital research and email/social outreach, and assist in closing client partnerships.

Note: This role does not involve cold calling. Outreach is conducted primarily via professional digital channels such as Email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential business leads across domestic and international markets.
Conduct structured outreach via email marketing, LinkedIn networking, and digital channels to generate qualified inquiries.
Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Nurture inbound and outbound leads through prompt digital communication to close sales deals.
Coordinate with internal marketing and PR teams to align agency deliverables with client objectives.
