Responsibilities
Own product listings: SEO-rich titles, descriptions, images, pricing—and continual optimisation
Deliver performance insights: track sales, conversion rates, customer feedback, returns—and report with actionable insights
Manage inventory & orders: synchronise stock across channels; collaborate with logistics to ensure timeliness and accuracy
Ensure account health: uphold standards for fulfilment, customer satisfaction, and platform compliance
Drive campaigns & pricing: deploy platform-specific strategies, season promotions, and analyse their ROI
Enhance customer experience: streamline escalation
