Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience in Automation and Manual Testing. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with Selenium (Java), Playwright, API Testing (Postman REST Assured), and Agile methodologies. Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium (Java) and Playwright.
Design and execute API automation tests using Postman and REST Assured.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Execute regression, smoke, and functional testing.
Perform manual testing and UI validation when required.
Identify, document, and track defects.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and Agile teams.
Contribute to automation stability, test coverage, and QA best practices.

Required Skills





3 to 6 years of experience in QA Automation and Manual Testing.
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium using Java.
Experience with Playwright automation.
Solid understanding of API Testing using Postman and REST Assured.
Valuable Java programming skills.
Experience in manual testing, defect reporting, and UI validation.
Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD execution.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

Exposure to Cucumber (BDD Framework).
Experience with Cypress automation.
Knowledge of cross-browser testing.
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Claude, KaneAI, Testim, Mabl, Functionize, or TestRigor.
