Full-Time Video Editor — Remote

Compensation: Up to ₹60,000/month, based on experience

We're urgently hiring for a Video Editor to join our team and take ownership of post-production across our content.
The core of this role is simple: we shoot the footage, and you turn it into content people actually want to watch.
You'll work primarily with raw footage from our shoots and transform it into polished YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, Shorts, ads, and other social content.
We're looking for someone with solid editing fundamentals, creative taste, and a good understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound, and visual flow.

What You'll Do
Edit raw footage from shoots into polished YouTube videos and social media content
Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and advertising creatives
Review and organize large amounts of raw footage and identify the strongest shots and moments
Must be just be able to do quality editing work on Podcasts.
Build edits with strong storytelling, pacing, and structure
Handle cuts, B-roll, music, sound effects,



captions, and motion graphics
Perform color correction and color grading
Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form pieces of content
Create different versions of content for YouTube, Instagram, and advertising
Clean up and refine footage to create polished, professional final cuts
Work directly with the founder on creative direction and feedback
Help develop a smooth and efficient post-production workflow as our content output grows

What We're Looking For
2–4 years of skilled video editing experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
After Effects experience is a plus
A strong portfolio/showreel with YouTube, Reels, Shorts, ads, or cinematic editing
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm
Good eye for shot selection, composition, music, sound design, and timing
Ability to take hours of raw footage and identify the moments that ma
