Requirements:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
Fresher or maximum 1 year of experience
Currently based in Bangalore
Available to join immediately or within 7 days




Comfortable working from office 5 days a week
Must have their own laptop
Valuable communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate sourcing and screening
Interview coordination and follow-ups
Posting job openings on relevant platforms
Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate records
Coordinating offers, documentation, and onboarding
Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities
