About The Role

As a Retail Marketing Executive, the individual will be responsible for planning and executing in-store events, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives that bring the HUFT brand to life across our stores. S/he will act as a brand ambassador on the floor,building relationships with customers and coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure marketing activities run seamlessly. Needs to be creative, extroverted, meticulous, and highly organized with strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

Plan, organize, and host in-store events, pop-ups, and other customer engagement activities to enhance brand presence and

customer experience.

Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers in-store to gather feedback, build relationships, and promote our

products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and execute retail marketing campaigns across multiple

channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.





Bring fresh and creative ideas to the table for in-store displays, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
Oversee the implementation of marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and analyse the performance of retail marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous

improvement.

Work closely with digital, social media, and product teams to create a cohesive marketing approach that drives traffic and

sales.
