Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Faridabad. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities in solar EPC and BESS projects, including government tenders, PM Kusum schemes,



and utility-scale installations. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, prospecting, outreach to potential clients, follow-ups, and preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations aligned with client needs and tender requirements. The role involves managing client accounts, maintaining relationships with institutional and industrial stakeholders, coordinating with internal technical and project teams, and tracking the sales pipeline to meet revenue and growth targets. The Business Development Executive will also monitor market trends, competitor activity, and policy developments in the renewable energy sector to support strategic business planning.
