Role Description The Quick Commerce Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the associate helps manage product listings on quick commerce platforms, ensures accurate pricing and stock updates,



and coordinates with internal teams and partner platforms to maintain smooth operations. Typical responsibilities include monitoring order flow, tracking fulfillment performance, flagging operational issues, and supporting promotional campaigns and merchandising activities. The associate also gathers and interprets basic performance data, prepares simple reports, and contributes ideas to improve speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This position requires close collaboration with operations, marketing, and customer support teams to keep quick commerce channels running efficiently and aligned with brand standards.

Qualifications
Ability to manage online product listings, including accurate updates to inventory, pricing, and descriptions across multiple quick commerce platforms like Minutes, Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, BB now, Amazon now.
Basic data handling skills, such as monitoring dashboards, extracting reports
